To operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, prevent fraud, comply with anti-money-laundering laws, and improve the platform.

3. Sharing

We share data with payment providers (M-Pesa, blockchain networks), KYC verification partners, and law enforcement when legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on encrypted servers with strict access controls. KYC documents are isolated in a private bucket accessible only to authorized staff.

5. Retention

We retain account and transaction data for at least 7 years to meet financial-regulation requirements, even after account closure.
