Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PetaPips, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You confirm that trading binary options and synthetic indices is legal where you reside.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. PetaPips is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure it.

3. Trading

All trades are final. A 14% commission is deducted from every live stake. Payouts are credited automatically upon trade expiry. Quoted prices come from third-party data feeds and may differ slightly from other venues.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits convert at the published FX rate at the moment of submission. Withdrawals are reviewed manually and typically settle within 24 hours. We may delay or refuse a withdrawal if KYC checks are incomplete or if fraud is suspected.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use PetaPips for money laundering, market manipulation, automated abuse of bonuses, or any activity prohibited by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or close any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion, and may freeze funds pending investigation.

7. Limitation of liability

PetaPips is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
